As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be at the forefront of providing advanced life support and critical care to patients in intensive care units. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, respiratory therapists, and other nurses, to deliver the highest standard of care. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide advanced life support and critical care to patients in intensive care units.
- Monitor and manage patients' vital signs and respond to any changes or emergencies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Perform invasive and non-invasive procedures as needed.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in intensive care units.
- Certification as a Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) or equivalent.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Valid nursing license in Indonesia.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
