📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert advice and consultation to patients, ensuring they understand their treatment options and feel confident in their choices.
• Assist in preparing patients for treatments, including explaining procedures, setting expectations, and addressing any concerns.
• Work closely with doctors, nurses, and therapists to ensure seamless patient care, from pre-treatment to post-treatment recovery.
• Manage the clinic's front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining patient records.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our services and attract new clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical aesthetics through ongoing training and professional development.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming environment, ensuring all patients feel valued and comfortable.
• Assist in maintaining the clinic's cleanliness and organization, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both staff and patients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a frontline or customer service role, preferably in the medical or beauty industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with medical aesthetics treatments and technologies, such as Botox, fillers, and laser treatments.
• Knowledge of clinic management software, such as ClinicSoft or Practice Fusion.
• Certification in customer service or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
