📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students, addressing academic, emotional, and social concerns.
• Develop and implement programs to promote mental health and well-being among students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate students and staff on various topics related to personal development and social-emotional learning.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of students, providing regular feedback and support.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in school counseling, and incorporate new strategies and tools into your work.
• Participate in school events and activities, providing guidance and support to students as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student counseling sessions and other related activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a school counselor or in a similar role.
• Valid certification as a school counselor or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian education system and curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using counseling software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the school community.
