📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform pre-departure and post-arrival inspections on tugboats and barges
- Overhaul and maintain Yanmar, Mitsubishi, and Cummins KTA 19 engines
- Troubleshoot and repair engine issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of tugboat and barge equipment
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth vessel operations
- Monitor fuel consumption and optimize engine performance
- Provide technical support and guidance to the crew
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine engineering, with a focus on diesel engines
- Certified in overhauling Yanmar, Mitsubishi, and Cummins KTA 19 engines
- Familiarity with marine engine maintenance software, such as Maximo or SAP
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Valid sea service endorsement (SSE) certificate
