📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Optimize delivery routes using tools like Google Maps and Excel to minimize travel time and fuel costs.
• Monitor and manage the fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and maintained according to schedule.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to manage expectations and resolve any issues that arise.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of logistics operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve logistical processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new logistics strategies and initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and dispatch coordination.
• Proven track record of managing logistics operations and coordinating with drivers.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the logistics industry in Bali is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
