📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educators, and administrators in Seram Barat, Maluku.
Identify educational needs and present tailored solutions to schools and educational institutions.
Drive the adoption of innovative educational technology and solutions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
Ensure successful implementation of educational solutions by providing training and support.
Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.
Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the educational sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with educational technology and software such as Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, and other educational platforms.
Ability to travel extensively to remote areas of Seram Barat, Maluku.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
