📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate partners and influencers to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Develop and execute live commerce campaigns using platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Lazada Live.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize affiliate marketing strategies.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and affiliate partner performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and live commerce.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and influencers.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for affiliate partnerships.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing.
- Proficient in using affiliate marketing platforms like CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Marketing, or Impact.
- Familiarity with live commerce platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Lazada Live.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
