📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Manage store budget and expenses, ensuring profitability.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote products and services.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and POS systems.,Knowledge of marketing strategies and customer relationship management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
