📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly and professional demeanor,Manage cash register and ensure proper record-keeping,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction,Assist in inventory management and restocking,Maintain a clean and organized work area,Follow company policies and procedures,Participate in team meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Basic knowledge of computer systems and software,Fluency in Indonesian language,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
