🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business, Education, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on pre-sales or sales training.,Proven track record of successfully leading and developing training programs.,Strong understanding of our products and services, and the ability to effectively communicate this knowledge to others.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with training management systems and tools.,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
