PCI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Material Value Proposition Engineer to join our team in Batam. In this role, you will be responsible for driving cost optimization initiatives and leading Value Added Value Engineering (VAVE) projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and evaluate cost-saving opportunities across the organization.
  • Develop and implement cost optimization strategies and initiatives.
  • Lead Value Added Value Engineering (VAVE) projects to enhance products and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
  • Monitor and report on cost savings and project progress.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost optimization and VAVE.
  • Contribute to the development of cost optimization and VAVE methodologies and tools.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in cost optimization and Value Added Value Engineering.
  • Strong background in material management and supply chain processes.
  • Proven track record of leading successful cost optimization and VAVE projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of relevant software and tools used in cost optimization and VAVE.
