ResultsCX is seeking a Seasonal Proctor for our Remote Customer Support team. This is a temporary position to support our growing customer base. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing top-notch customer service. This role offers a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your home in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and ensure the quality of customer interactions during live calls or chats.,Provide feedback and coaching to support agents to improve their performance.,Document and report on customer interactions and agent performance.,Assist in training and onboarding new support agents.,Maintain a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality.,Collaborate with the support team to identify and resolve issues.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience in customer support or a related field.,Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.,Familiarity with customer support tools and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and workloads.
