📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, production, and logistics.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Managing a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they are performing at their best.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Monitoring branch performance metrics and providing regular reports to senior management.,Participating in company-wide initiatives and projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the cement industry or a related field.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
