PT Sumberdaya Arindo is seeking a Mine Plan Supervisor to lead strategic mine planning, pit design, and scheduling in Maluku Utara. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency and resource optimization for our mining operations.

As a Mine Plan Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive mine plans, ensuring optimal pit design, and scheduling activities to maximize productivity and safety. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic mine plans, including pit design and scheduling.
• Conduct feasibility studies and resource optimization analyses.
• Monitor and evaluate mining operations to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and opportunities.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as Datamine, MineSched, and AutoCAD for mine planning and design.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and contractors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mine planning and scheduling.
• Certification in Mine Planning or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in using Datamine, MineSched, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of mining regulations and environmental standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a remote and challenging environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
