📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to perform their duties effectively.
• Ensure that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed, using appropriate inventory management systems.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that inventory levels are maintained and that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols in the warehouse to ensure the safety of staff and the integrity of inventory.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
