📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in auditing (e.g., CPA, CIA) is a plus.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using audit software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel).,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
