📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our products and services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or management role, preferably in the retail or wholesale industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
