PT Digital Bhakti is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet-related activities and expenses.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
