📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure cost efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Handle vehicle inspections and repairs, coordinating with external service providers as needed.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Provide support to the operations team in planning and executing transportation logistics.,Promote a culture of safety and accountability within the fleet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
