PT Tunas Kreasi is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, with excellent organizational and communication skills. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our fleet, contributing to the overall success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to schedule and monitor vehicle usage and maintenance.,Oversee fuel management, including ordering, tracking, and reporting on fuel consumption.,Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant safety regulations and insurance requirements.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance, including usage, maintenance costs, and fuel efficiency.,Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate and manage vehicle leasing or purchase agreements.,Provide support and training to drivers on vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
