In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing payroll and accounts payable/receivable, and ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards. Your daily tasks will include reconciling accounts, providing financial support to the operations team, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage payroll processing, including employee deductions, tax calculations, and benefit administration.
• Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide financial support to the operations team by analyzing financial data and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the company's financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Knowledge of local and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
