Spot Fresh Mandiri is seeking a talented Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Nusa Dua. We are looking for someone who is passionate about finding the best talent for our organization and has a strong understanding of the local market.

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates to fill various positions within the company. You will work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and ensure that we attract and hire the best candidates.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various positions.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiations.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Providing regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the local job market and talent pool.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
