📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee the implementation of operational procedures and policies.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Handle and resolve operational issues and conflicts.,Maintain accurate records and reports of operational activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of new operational processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
