As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing educational programs to ensure the academic success of students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and a passion for inspiring and mentoring students.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement lesson plans and curricula that align with educational standards and meet the needs of students.,Conduct classes and provide instruction to students, using various teaching methods and technologies.,Assess student performance and provide feedback to help students improve their academic skills.,Collaborate with other educators, administrators, and parents to ensure the overall success of the students.,Participate in professional development activities and stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and technologies.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and growth.,Manage and mentor junior teachers to ensure they meet the required standards and provide support as needed.,Evaluate and improve teaching methods and materials to enhance student learning outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a relevant educational setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian educational standards and curriculum.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using educational technologies and tools.,Ability to develop and implement effective lesson plans and assessments.,Experience in mentoring and supporting junior teachers.
