📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control process for all products.,Conduct regular quality inspections and audits.,Train and mentor junior QC staff.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met.,Ensure compliance with all quality control regulations and standards.,Resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Experience with quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of improving quality control processes.,Certification in quality control or related field is a plus.
