Pacific Automotive is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead QA Engineer to join our team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our quality assurance efforts, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, implement quality improvement processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets its goals and objectives.,Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure the quality of our products.,Identify, document, and track quality issues, and work with development teams to resolve them.,Conduct thorough testing of software and hardware components to ensure they meet quality standards.,Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our testing processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and support, to ensure that quality is integrated into all stages of the product lifecycle.,Monitor and analyze quality metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure that our quality assurance processes are current and effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in a QA or software testing role, with a strong background in quality assurance processes and methodologies.,Strong knowledge of software testing principles, practices, and tools.,Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Appium, or JUnit.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, ISO 26262, or ASPICE.
