📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing technical support and assistance to employees,Assisting in the implementation of IT projects and tasks,Maintaining and updating IT systems and software,Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues,Ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems,Assisting in the development and testing of new IT solutions,Documenting IT processes and procedures,Supporting the IT team in achieving their goals and objectives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role,Strong knowledge of IT systems and software,Good understanding of network and security principles,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with basic programming languages is a plus,Fluency in English is a plus
