📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and security.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and upgrades.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Support remote and on-site technical needs as required.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
