Sentral Sari Coffee is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing the shop, and ensuring a smooth operation. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and a great work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product information, sales, and transactions.,Manage the shop's inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.,Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customers.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.,Handle cash and card transactions accurately and securely.,Promote our products and services to customers.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.,Assist in the preparation of coffee and other beverages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and service is a plus.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (in-office and remote).,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
