📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement training and development programs that align with the company's vision and goals.
• Conduct needs assessments and skill gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various HR topics.
• Manage the company's learning management system (LMS) and ensure its effective use.
• Collaborate with department heads to create and implement department-specific training programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR development or a similar role.
• Certification in HR development or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR).
• Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and LMS (Learning Management System) software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
