📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
• Screen and evaluate job applications to identify potential candidates.
• Support the scheduling and coordination of interviews with potential candidates.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Help maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with the HR team to gather and analyze recruitment data.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.
• Learn and understand the company's recruitment policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR software and tools, such as Jobvite or Greenhouse.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
